WTS Scepter of the Kinslayer. Low Priced. (Price reduced)
This is a Green GW:EN weapon from Frostmaw the Kinslayer dungeon end chest. Price checks and baseline lists list this weapon at upwards of 50k in places, not worth that for me, so I'm only wanting to start this at 25k and see where the bids take it. Stats are as followed:
Wand * Fire Damage: 11-22 (req. 9 Divine Favor) * Halves skill recharge of Divine Favor spells (Chance: 20%) * Energy +5 (while Health is above 50%) IGN: Beast Creed -EDIT- See, everyone agrees. Price reduction, s/b at 10k now.
